Site Requirements

To meet our ambitious target of 3,000 Ultra-Rapid EV Charging Points in the UK by 2030, we are actively seeking sites that meet the following criteria:

  • Minimum of 4 EV charging bays plus substation space.

  • Located near primary arterial routes, transport hubs, retail parks, logistics hubs, industrial estates, and urban centres.

  • Leasehold opportunities preferred (minimum 25-year term).

  • Developed or undeveloped land, standalone sites, or part of a wider development.

  • Unrestricted 24/7 access preferred.

  • Traffic count of 15,000+ vehicles per day in the vicinity.

  • Potential for additional features such as drive-thru bays, LGV bays, vending machines, tyre pressure gauges, or car wash facilities (optional but beneficial).
